Ways to support the conference 2023
You can support Forum Wissenschaftskommunikation in Bielefeld from 15th to 17th November either as a supporter or as an exhibitor.
The following packages are available:
The “small” exhibitor package (price: 1,250 €*) includes the following services: An area of up to six square meters and an exhibitor pass for access to the conference incl. catering. In addition, a maximum of one further exhibitor pass can be booked for € 195*. The "small" exhibitor package also includes mention in the conference app, participation in the "Meet, Greet & Eat" and WLAN access. Prices for furniture and power connections on request, billing as required. Set-up and dismantling of the stand by the WiD team is possible at an additional cost of €200*.
The “large” exhibitor package (price: 2000 €*) includes the following services in addition to the “small” exhibitor package: a bigger area of up to a total of ten square meters and two instead of one regular exhibitor passes. In addition, a maximum of two instead of one additional exhibitor passes can be booked for 195 €* each. The package also includes participation in the “Expert Talks” and the communication of a quote via WiD's online channels.
The supporters package (price: 6,500 €*) includes all services of the Exhibitor Package "large" plus additional services: four instead of two exhibitor passes for access to the conference incl. catering, a maximum of three instead of two additional exhibitor passes for € 195 each*, upload of a digital brochure in the conference app, communication of the supporter with logo on the website and in the digital documentation. Supporters also have the opportunity to offer a 90-minute workshop in the pre-conference program.
