Future of Science Communication Conference
Update on conference setting
The Future of Science Communication Conference is planned as a hybrid event, combining the in-person event in Berlin with virtual online components. Our event location comes with an all-encompassing hygiene concept in order to host our on-site participants safely under current COVID-19 regulations.
Speakers and participants who are unable to attend physically will be able to register for an online participation. All keynotes and panel discussions will be streamed online. Additionally, there will be online workshops that you can attend remotely. Participants in Berlin will be able to choose between offline and online formats. The registration for both online and on-site conference participation will be open by the beginning of April and is free of charge.
The Call for Proposals is open until 28 February 2021. You can find all information and the application form here. Please note that contributions through the Call for Proposals can either be online or offline formats. We kindly ask you to indicate in the comment field of the application form if you only apply for an online consideration.
